I heard you accept critiques. Please don't think I am rude in any way. I will try my hardest to say what I want to say in a polite manner.
I think the coloring is fantastic, b/c sometimes coloring outside the lines adds beauty, but i think the black part should be a shadow instead of an unnecessary blob.
The cat is ok, but i think it would be nicer with a cute but simple background. Maybe if the cat was walking, it would add more effect. Then have cute eyes, but a serious face.
